The questions were quite standard e.g., what my experiences was. Nothing stood out. Very plain vanilla. However, more importantly, when I asked the interviewer questions about the role and the company I got vague, non-specific answers, all referring to the company's "process". I could not get one straight answer out of her. It was all highly suspect. Most surprising was she told me "experience didn't matter." That regardless of a candidate's level of experience every employee started at the bottom and had to go through the company's process, which took "6-10 months." She would not give any further information about what that process or training was. It sounded more like a cult than a company. I'd stay away.
