My current position/company is very complex and we do a lot of work. Each person wears several hats I don't think I did a good job of expressing the direct role I play. They asked me the same question several times in different ways so that should have been an indicator to me I wasn't being clear.
What three things make a successful event?
They asked all the normal interview questions. In the second interview, they asked more situational and hypothetical questions, such as "How would you react if XYZ happened?"
What challenges do you think you will have with this position? What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do you improve office morale?
