What motivates you to plan events?
I was asked if I would be able to manage the restaurant since they needed someone there at 6am and they had 24 hour room service and needed to be staffed in the restaurant for that. I was applying for a special events manager, but I was willing to work in the restaurant if needed .

What is your salary expectation? I also needed to prepare an in depth task around creating a two-year events marketing strategy. In the final interview with Head of Marketing, I was grilled via a series of traditional interview questions (i.e. tell me about a mistake you made and how you fixed it etc).
45 minutes x 5 interviews worth of recalling examples from my work history. They asked me not to repeat examples between interviewers as much as possible so it required about 20 specific examples.
