Nothing too difficult; The goal is to determine applicable/translatable previous experiences; Question vary in order to assess technical and soft skills.
A time where you helped a work colleague out. Follow up question was why did you do this. Best to put an emphasis that it will eventually benefit the customers, keeping the team on schedule etc. Take me through your CV. Give me an example of when you did something for the customer that you didn't necessarily agree with. Then some generic questions: Do you mind repetitive work? Are you commutable wearing a head set most of the time? Are you happy with the organisation tracking your targets hourly and daily?
Explain your weakness and why?
They were pretty standard behavioral questions. They mostly want to see if you are competent and are a good fit for the culture.
