Nothing structured. They led with questions that indicated they had not read my resume. Sometimes the questions were asked in a negatively, pointed way. I spoke with a manager, first, then was grilled by seven people at once. After this panel another panel came in and barely paid attention to what I said. The wrap up was with two more people, one of which was the nicest person I spoke with at this company. I felt as if my time had been wasted. If they didn't want to hire me, why would they bring me in and make me feel as if I were inadequate when my credentials were more than enough to get the job. It was the most negative interview I've ever had and I would not suggest applying here.

Interview is good and awesome environment but mostly everything is process. Other wise every thing is good. Salary is less and sometimes they will involve you in many projects that is pros as well as cons. It will enhance your skills.
