By this I mean I felt that all the interview questions were relevant to the job position I was seeking, and that overall it was a well-structured well-thought-out interview. I was asked about different situational experiences, i.e. handling conflict, or when I did something well.

Some scenarios questions involving difficult situations with students, staff and management. Some personal questions were asked that shouldn't be asked; however, hiring committee was friendly. Most other questions were usual questions specific to skills and past work experiences.
