I am a great interviewer, there is no question that is difficult for me to answer. In terms of unexpected - they test your geographic abilities on the state abbreviation and location of the United States. If you are unaware of the differences of MA, MI, ME, MD, MO, MN, etc. or any other state abbreviation, you better touch up on your skill if you are somehow crazy enough to want this job.
Do you have a back bone? I don't really see it.
What will you do if we don't offer the position to you?
"What is something about you that needs improvement?" I.e., what is there about you that needs to be changed, i.e., tell me something bad about you. An incredibly negative question that I had no answer for - I've been doing this job my entire career and I think I'm outstanding at it, and wouldn't offer myself up for a position at this level if I thought any of my skills needed work.
They asked about my work experience of course and they asked about my personal life to get a feel of my personality.
Sell me this stapler....Really??? More interested in beg for this job more than anyone on earth than qualifications.
