How did you get into UX Design?
No questions were asked, which should have been a clear indicator.
Most of the questions were about the experience in end to end design process. Some questions were about my skillset in all aspects of UX Design.
There was nothing difficult or unexpected, it's a very typical interview.
Competency based: Example of a time where you had to take a stand for what was right for the customer.
We design for both employers and their employees. What solutions can you suggest to make products that work for both these groups?
