Interview
It was thorough but very fast -- within a week I had applied and been hired, but there were four distinct stages during that interview process to vet me as a candidate. I was emailed back within 24 hours after my initial application, and the following day I had my first phone screening with the hiring director which led into a "take home" email test to check for problem-solving abilities. Then another phone interview with one of the customer service supervisors before an in-person interview at the downtown office.

Question 1
Name a bad customer service experience you've had, and what could've made it better.
It was a 20 minute phone screening, where they asked basic questions. The interviewer may have been a recruiter and the questions didnt seem to geared towards the actual job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ezCater in Apr 2023
Interview
I would say that this was the easiest and most respectful interview process that I've gone through. 2 phone interviews followed by a Skype interview. At each phase, it felt like they were actually interested in seeing if I would fit the team, not just a formality. Explinations came without judgement, questions were welcomed and fully answered, and they were all very respectful of my time. The whole process from getting the invite for an interview to signing an offer letter took about a week. Excellent experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to make a decision for the customer but didn't have the authority to make. How did you handle it?
I received an initial phone interview and 2 video interviews. The first video interview was with 1 manager. The second interview was with 2 managers. The second interview also included a ride along in which I was able to get a feel for what they do as a CSR.
