The best interview experience I've ever had! The recruiter, Dan, was great to work with throughout the process. It began with an initial call in which he explained the story of ezCater and how the role I was interviewing for would make an impact on the business. The call was soon followed up by an in-person interview in which I got a tour of their cool new office space, and had a few in-depth conversations with members of the recruiting team. I heard consistently from each person how passionate they were about the company, it’s culture and leadership, and how great it is to work there. I walked away feeling welcomed and excited to move forward! I then came back in for a final interview to meet a few people in the engineering department (another team that I would be working closely with) and heard a similar message. Culture is clearly incredibly important to ezCater - they value transparency, collaboration and great people - and it shows! Everyone was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and Dan in particular did a great job of walking me through the process and keeping me in the loop as the interviews progressed. All in all a great experience!
