Process took 2 weeks and I was referred by a current employee. First interview went really well, they gave me an idea of what the company was all about and I felt confident. Easy questions, but more explaining on their end rather than question asking. I was told I would get an email with two writing exercises and was asked to complete them within a certain amount of time to be considered. I did a great job on the writing exercises and was given a second interview with someone a lot less experienced in hiring. He asked me the same questions, and didnt really reply to my answers. I felt as though I was completing a worksheet, rather than having a conversation. Interviewer seemed completely uninterested as if it was known I was not going to be hired regardless of my interview. Still, I kept confident and nailed it. When I checked my inbox, I had recieved an email literally two minutes after the interview declining me of the position and informing me that they moved along with other applicants. They wasted 2 weeks of my time making me believe I was going to be hired. I could have used those two weeks to look for employment elsewhere. I completed three steps and still had an in person interview remaining. All the work I went through only to be judged by my cover. Very unprofessional and they dont practice what they preach.
