Interview
One phone interview with HR, one phone interview with an associate and a final on site interview. A test using their system between hr interview and associate interview.
After my initial phone interview with HR I was supposed to have a phone interview with an associate. That associate cancelled last minute so they had me interview with someone else. I passed that interview and went to the third round which was supposed to be on-site with an associate and to see how a typical day in the life of a "ninja" was. This third round didn't happen. No consideration was given to me as someone who was traveling 2 hours to come do this interview and they cancelled last minute. Verbatim "something came up". I view this as a complete lack of respect and inconsiderate. This shows 100% that they do not value their employees and I accepted a position at a different company.

Question 1
How did you handle a difficult situation with a customer?
It was a 20 minute phone screening, where they asked basic questions. The interviewer may have been a recruiter and the questions didnt seem to geared towards the actual job.

Interview
I would say that this was the easiest and most respectful interview process that I've gone through. 2 phone interviews followed by a Skype interview. At each phase, it felt like they were actually interested in seeing if I would fit the team, not just a formality. Explinations came without judgement, questions were welcomed and fully answered, and they were all very respectful of my time. The whole process from getting the invite for an interview to signing an offer letter took about a week. Excellent experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to make a decision for the customer but didn't have the authority to make. How did you handle it?
I received an initial phone interview and 2 video interviews. The first video interview was with 1 manager. The second interview was with 2 managers. The second interview also included a ride along in which I was able to get a feel for what they do as a CSR.
