Applied online. Received a email for a phone screen days later. I had my phone screen which took less than 15 minutes. I received an auto rejection email and I asked for feedback. The interviewer said I didn’t seem excited about the position which was shocking. I made sure to express my interest plenty of times and even added an a personal experience of mine using their company. Overall, I get the idea that they’re pretentious and put an insane emphasis on culture. If you’re not going to scream from the rooftops that you want to work here, you probably won’t be hired.
I had an interview with the recruiter, then had to take a quiz. Then had a 2nd interview with the department manager which I thought went very well, but apparently not because I got a rejection email. When I asked for feedback I was told they highly encouraged me to apply for another position opening the following month... did that... took another test.. had another interview.. and then was denied again.. Complete waste of time!
