The interview process went great and was seamless. I had three rounds of interviews. The individuals that I spoke with all represented ezCater’s culture while speaking to me and how they spoke to me. I was given their individual attention and time, I wasn’t just another candidate during the interview process. It was great to experience a company that aligned with how I see employees should be treated and the strong collaboration between teams. Employees aren’t seen as individuals who come into work each day, they are seen as people who have a say in the company. To hear the high remarks of the CEO was amazing! I was able to see that all the way to the CEO the company culture is demonstrated, not just words on their website.
