I found my experience with the initial recruiter to be very unprofessional, and I left with a sour taste in my mouth with how they was disrespectful of my time. they arrived late to the interview with no apology whatsoever or even an explanation. Until I asked the reason behind their tardiness which they provided but still presented no apology even then. After this, they started mentioning their whole, "no jerk policy" and continued to emphasize this with an acidic tone. As if, in retaliation for me calling out their behavior of arriving at an interview late with no remorse.
they rambled when responding to questions asked and did not answer them concisely. Nor did they allow me time to ask questions in full as promised, and I had to interject to salvage what little time remained due to them reiterating the job description in what felt like an attempt to soak up even more time.
If a recruiter who hasn't even been in the company long is comfortable presenting such a grandiose sense of self where job seekers will have to tolerate being disrespected. Then it is nothing but a prelude to what other members of the company are going to present and greet one of the new employees.
