Overall, the interview process was straight forward. It went as follows: - Chat with recruiter - Interview with hiring manager - Multiple rounds (panel) interviews with engineering, operations, customer service, etc. - Follow up with hiring manager - Follow up with recruiter The process was straight forward but was lengthy. They sent a summary of what to expect for each of the interviews but during some of them, they didn’t really help you understand what they were expecting from it. Some of the hypothetical questions they asked were so far out there that it made it nearly impossible to give them what they wanted to some extent. It resulted in not getting an over, which is OK. We’re not always a fit for each other but this confused me based on the feedback given. It seems like they are overally picky.
