I was contacted 2 days after applying. The first interview was via phone with a recruiter who asked a few questions about me and my background, also providing a brief overview of the company. At the end, I was told she would like to move forward in the process. The next day, I received a phone call from a supervisor who provided general information about the company and also asked about me and some of my past employment. I was advised at the end that she too would like to move forward in the process. The following week I interviewed via Zoom with 2 more supervisors and an agent who gave me a live example of a confirmation call and notation. This interview involved open-ended, 'how would I handle various scenarios' questions. I received an offer for the position the next day. Everyone was extremely accommodating and personable.
