Started with a phone screen with their sales recruiter, followed by an on-site interview with a few managers and sales team individuals, then a "mock call". The way in which the information was relayed was just abhorrent. It was directed at ME and not my SKILLS (as in, they didn't say its as my skills lacking - they said it was me as a person). The sound of annoyance in the interviewers voice when I did my mock call was the pretty discouraging- he sighed at the beginning of the call. Is that supposed to make me feel like he actually wanted to listen to what I was saying? Despite no offer, the recruiter was pretty nice. He said he'd connect me with some other people- who have all set up phone interviews and never called.... then failed to answer on follow up. Quality connections you have there. Unless you're applying for a senior position and want to be paid slightly under market, I'd just avoid it. They'll take your under skilled self and make you feel like you really stand a chance, only to tell you that you are not good enough when they should've known it from the beginning.
