I was contacted on LinkedIn by ezCater regarding an open Analyst position that they thought I would be a good fit for. Went through an initial phone interview with a talent acquisition rep. A week later I met with a director of analytics and a week after that I had a technical interview with an analyst on the team. After completion of the technical interview, I emailed the talent acquisition rep to thank them for the opportunity and looked forward to hearing from them again soon. Never heard back. I waited an additional two weeks and emailed again to confirm my standing in the process and still never heard back. Pretty disappointing that they lacked the professionalism to simply notify me that I was no longer a candidate.
