I applied through a referral who works at the company. Overall not really impressed with the recruiter/recruiting practices. It took weeks for my referral to be seen by anyone, then when they finally scheduled a screening the recruiter was 10 minutes late. Pretty standard phone screen, nothing much to note there. After, it took them over a week to deliver an update (after I had nudged them that is). I get that this position probably has stiff competition and the market is horrific right now for candidates, but recruiters really need to be more organized and give a better first impression.
