The first interview was with a recruiter for 30 minutes over the phone. The second interview was with the Hiring Manager (also on the phone), which I found odd. Why not F-2-F? After that, I met with 6 different people from the team (2 hours and 45 minutes of interviewing!). These were set up back-to-back, so I had very little time to collect my thoughts and process how it went. The last guy I interviewed with was a jerk! They claim they don't hire a**holes, but they do. He was trying to purposely trip me up and asked if I was excited about programmatic marketing, which wasn't on the job description and something their growth team handles. I immediately emailed HR with "no thanks, I'll pass" after I was done interviewing.
