I received an invitation for a phone screening, with the recruitment coordinator, a day after applying for the position. About a week after the phone screening, I was moved to the next round, which was a Microsoft Teams meeting with the hiring manager. I was told I would hear back in 1-2 days after the meeting, however, I didn't hear back for about a week.
