fairlife Recruiter interview questions

As a recruiter being interviewed for a recruiter role, you know what goes behind the scenes but also know what it takes for a good interview process. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience interviewing with Fairlife. I had a nice first conversation with the hiring manager which then the next week I went to the final round. Very fast process. However, my final interview experience was very disappointing and did not reflect well on the company’s professionalism or respect for candidates. The final round was scheduled as a one-hour panel interview with three interviewers. Unfortunately, two of them did not turn their video on at any point, and one interviewer left halfway through for another meeting (this would not be accepted at my company), which gave the impression that my interview was not given the full respect. After only a few questions, it was clear they were already finished with the interview, despite the scheduled time of 1 hour. In addition, throughout the process there were issues with the ATS Greenhouse as the manager let me know they were having issues with candidates receiving emails from the system. I had to follow-up the to make sure my availability went through. Also, the manager didn't have her video on for our first interview as she told me they were having issues with Teams. Combined, these issues made the process feel unorganized and left a poor impression of how the company values both its hiring process and candidates’ time.
