What did you think of your former supervisor, got asked this repeatedly. Didn't get asked standard interview questions more like tell me about this experience, tell me about that experience. it felt like a therapy session more than an interview. To be honest, not sure what the person was looking for. the questions weren't specific to if I could do the job. didn't say what they wanted in a candidate even after I asked, In fact, he did state he wanted a flexible person which he said I had based on my experiences.
