Complicated, difficult to work out what they actually wanted. I gave concrete, specific examples of what I had done so far. Some questions were odd, like the diversity question. As a non-hiring employee in my current work place I have no ability to ensure diversity in the hiring process. They were just box ticking and it made the whole process feel horrible.
