They had me take a test including some math, basic logic, and testing questions about mechanical and electrical aptitude. That stands out in my memory. The strangest question was when the vp of service said he didn't know why to hire me, even though the resume was sitting in front of him and I had a decade of experience in the field, lol. I remember thinking maybe I shouldn't take the job since this guy hadn't even read a resume before speaking. It didn't reflect well on the company.
