What are my thoughts on DEI and how would I implement.
During the final interview, the provided a detailed snapshot of their finances, gave a me a few minutes to review, then asked me what questions I had based on the info I reviewed. I took it as a test and tried to spot anomalies.
Fetching ideas about the changes needed in their organisation structure
Majority of questions were around process improvements as they had just implemented SAP, maybe 3 questions around that topic.

Different between finance and accounts
In the first interview they asked some case interview type questions regarding one of their recent projects. The second interviewer tried to gauge the depth of finance knowledge. Also asked a simple restaurant profitability question. The final interview was an in depth case interview about another of their projects.
It was mostly about econometrics and time series.
