There were no difficult questions. The CFO is very inexperienced and comes across as such if you've had exposure to other public company CFOs. And, he's also not compensated well for his position compared to peers in comparably sized companies. The people are really nice but this is not a mature company. HR seemed to talk more about their values in developing and leading talent than other execs do.
In communication: 1.Regarding myself.. 2.Any foreign trip(If Yes,Describe it) 3.What were you doing after 2 years of graduation (As i was preparing for government exams) IN short they will lead you according to what you say in describing yourself... In Technical: 1.Golden Rules of accounting 2.Deffered Revenue Expenditure and examples. 3.Direct and indirect Tax meaning and examples.. 4.And some more related to accounts or finance...I don't remember actually... And if you say that you know excel then they will ask you some questions from excel also....
