How would I cope with a changing culture and changing systems
Problem 1: The team feel that they are overworked. Scenario: There is a sudden increase in workload due to a new company wide project. The project will last around a year and the team are already at capacity. The project is urgent so cant be delayed and business as usual must continue. You and the team are involved in the project. Morale is suffering due to their own workload and that you dont have as much time to support them. What would you do?

(Even though the position I applied for was in San Diego) but she asked and answered it to show how she had contributed to that project. She also asked what is GAAP ASC number for income tax? (We know no one has to memorize any ASCs)
