I was very confused because none of the so called "managers" wanted to be in the interviewing room. They all seamed to be pulled from their work to come and ask questions but if they haven't looked at your resume then what do you expect them to ask. They just talked about themselves and how work was either overwhelming and how nice was for the company moving to downtown Cleveland.
What clients can you bring to us? Essentially they were just looking for existing IFAs to bring their clients to them in order to make money. This was not made clear at the outset
