I did not expect the interviewer (who is now my team leader) to spend so much of the interview talking about hobbies and interests.
As stated above all of the questions were non-technical questions. However, they did ask a few situational questions. For example, "please provide an example of a situation where you were given a leadership role and handled a difficult problem."
Regarding the current specific situation, what would you recommend your client?
