1. Describe a time you had to adapt to new information in a situation. What was the situation? What was the outcome? 2.You notice you are missing items you need for your in-flight service. Requesting these items will delay the flight. What do you do? Do you delay the flight or go without inventory? 3.You notice 2 passengers arguing, one is complaining of not being able to stretch his legs bc the other has his seat back lowered. What would you do? 4.You see a coworker taking items from the plane inventory. You are the only one who sees them doing this.They are gathering their belongings and leaving the plane. What do you do in this situation? 5.Describe a situation where you went above and beyond what was asked of you. What was the situation and what was the result?
