For the 2:1 in person interview it's very at random, but mostly typical interview questions. Situational, etc. They only asked 4 questions : 1. Describe a time you worked with a co-worker who did something you knew was wrong. What did you do, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome? 2. Describe a time you had to take charge of a situation that you were not initially in charge of. What did you do, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome? 3. Describe a time you were hired to a position that you thought was going to be one thing, but ended up being another and had to be flexible in this position. What did you do, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome? 4. Describe a time you had no choice but to work with a difficult co-worker. What did you do, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome? When they asked the second to last question about being in a situation that I thought was going to be one thing, but ended up being another and how that went, how I was flexible, how did it turn out, etc... At the end of my story I said "You know, honestly I think everything happens for a reason, and God places us exactly where we need to be." I am a Christian, but typically I try to be as neutral as I can be for interviews because I don't want to offend... But before I could say anything else the former flight attendant (male, older gentleman) looked up at me (they hardly EVER look up, they just write and look down mostly the whole time) he looked up and stared me straight in the eyes, put down his pen for a moment, and had this disgusted look.. on his face like "Did you really just say that?" and then jotted all this stuff down. I'm not sure what, but the fact that everything went so effortlessly besides that one instance makes me think it had something to do with not getting the position.
Something similar to "tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. What was the situation, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome." Another one was similar to " Tell me a time when your supervisor or someone above you who was not doing their job and following company rules. What was the situation, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome." The questions were not exactly as I typed, but very similar.
