Tell something interesting about yourself. I find that a great many of them are imbeciles about this question, because when I researched job skill sites like career-skills, it says to say something about your personality that helped you solve a problem on the job and to give an example. Instead they will hire someone who won a chicken wing eating contest.
One specific question they asked in the final interview was what I would do if a guest wouldn't tun off their cell phone.
Tell me about yourself. How would your current/previous employer describe you? What do you know about Mesa Airlines? Why do you want to work for Mesa Airlines? What does customer service and professionalism mean to you? Who is your role model? Describe a time you went far and beyond to help a customer. You are about to leave the airport to start your day off, but you get a call that a flight attendant can't make it and the flight is already two hours late. Would you take their shift?
