Parents reluctant to wake child, what do you do? 3/ On a delayed flight, pax frustrated, customer becomes irate when you don't have his meal preference, what do you do? 4/ Drunk pax asks for more alcohol, what do you do? I answered these OK I guess as the interviewer then said I could schedule a phone interview or just do it right away (which I chose). 1/ Describe a difficult customer, how you dealt with them etc. 2/ describe when you had a difficult situation to resolve, how did you do it? 3/ Describe a successful situation, what you did, did you enjoy it? 4/ Describe TWO situations where you saw someone being unfair or underhand, what did you do and what was outcome.
