They ask Real Life Scenarios... What would you do if a passenger refuses to put away his laptop? A passenger is being noisy and the other passenger complains and wants to move but the flight is full and no seats are available! how will you handle that

Every question on here already is going to be asked just in a different way. I only had 4 questions with mine. They were mainly situational “how would you act in this type of situation” or “ describe a time when you and your supervisor had conflict and how did you handle it”

What was a difficult situation you had to deal with? what happen? Be specific. How did you handle it? What was the outcome? All in one question! I had to think about what the original question even was!
