A customer is buying something for a certain price but insists that it was listed at a cheaper price. What would you do? They then proceeded to ask me: -What if there was a long lineup behind them? -What if none of your coworkers were picking up when you paged them?
The question was what to do on a price when a customer is refers to a different one then listed. Most people would call for a price check but their store policy is to allow if reasonable, or to call GSTL.
Most of the questions were very general and straightforward. The only somewhat difficult question would probably be attempting to sell the pen to the third interviewer. Luckily, the pen was made of recycled-content, which provided a large selling point.
