This was not a part of the process when I hired on, so I can not in all honesty say, all I can tell you is that these questions are designed to gage your honesty, integrity etc.
In person interview didn't get far. It was clear off the bat they wanted me to work nights, get off at 9pm. I've been telling them I already have a job with these hours. Call center that does initial interview is not in communication with store managers, they even said so. Call center just wants to get warm bodies in slots. A complete waste of my time. I walked out.
