They asked us to draw 3 things that describe us on some name tags along with our name. Then, we were given blocks and did a team building exercise where one person would look at a finished structure, and had to tell everybody else how to make it. 2 more people got to go up and look, I was one of them. Then, they gave us some situations about customers and we had to talk out with our group how we'd handle the situation. After that, we were all hired on the spot.
