How do you handle difficult guests
The HR interview was harder than the Hotel Manager interview in terms of questions. Girl in HR asked a lot of detailed questions, requesting specirfic examples relating to challenging scenario's faced and overcome. Hotel Manager interview seemed a bit more like a beauty parade to see if face fit. Didn't really seem to know what they were looking for or supposed to ask, questions not relevant to the role.
