What is the most important qualification/skill that this position should have? Tips *Prepare to ask some questions to the interviewer *Know your interviewers beforehand *Follow-up email about the process or after the interview is recommended *Whatever you answer, provide the reasons behind that/example/experience to back up and make it sound/valid (sell yourself while BEING YOURSELF) *Always check your email and be familiar with the google meet *The process is long, so you should follow up by calling instead of email if you really desire this position Overall, it was a sincere interview and a great experience for me. I could not find many detailed reviews about this position in Thailand and am unsure whether it really fits me. So, I suggest you do some research and homework about the job.
