I don't remember specific questions but as this was a customer facing position, the focus was on customer service and professionalism. There were questions about how to handle situations with all levels of interaction including disgruntled customers.
It was the usual questions asked like "tell me about yourself" and "what makes you choice Hyatt as a career"
