Asked why I wanted to work for Publix, a bit about my last job, about what I could bring to Publix besides my sparkling personality. They were happy and very easy to speak with. None of the weird "what is your weakness" or "your strength" questions. We all have both those so don't worry. Be polite and show you care about the store and the customers. They are who pay you.

I was asked if I was capable of remaining neutral if there were ever to be any disputes between employees. Not a difficult question but one that I later realized I could NOT because the two owners had problems with everyone all the time.
