n the interview was asked basic questions about what do I know about sainsburys, when have I shown teamwork and when have I shown good customer service? I then had to do a walk through of the store picking out things they were doing well and things I would improve. Lastly I had to approach people at the checkouts and ask if they needed any help.
Most difficult was the fact the questions would lead you to a team situation but you had to answer as you did it not the team.
Describe how you will fit into the working environment. How are your social skills/working with others? What makes you suited for this particular job.
Give a time when you received great customer service.
