Tell me about a time you had two employee's gossiping or an angry customer. This was a VERY routine interview. They will also ask you what amount you are expecting in pay. PLEASE be straight forward. They can afford it but will try everything to not give it to you. They even may start you at a different price than what you agreed to so please, check your paperwork before signing. ( Yes, I am serious!)
