Interview seemed more like a get to know you conversation. It was not stressful at all. I felt very welcome and comfortable around my Area Supervisor who interviewed me. Even though the questions were difficult I was completely at ease answering them. Most of the questions were normal questions that most employers ask. The tougher questions were questions dealing with your personality and situational questions.
Why do you want to be a general manager? This question allows you to show your passion for the role and discuss any relevant experience you have. Describe a time you coached an employee to improve. This helps interviewers understand your leadership style and ability to mentor team members. What is your leadership style? Discuss the strategies and methods you use to motivate and manage your team.
