Thorough, includes phone screen, in-person assessments and reference checks. Lots of interactions with members of the team. Very focused on historical career path, per the company's philosophy on hiring. Takes a fair commitment of time, but they know you (and you know them) very well by the end.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ghSMART
Interview
The talent team was very professional and well organized. I felt like they really cared about me and offered a good indication of how the interview process would look like. The interview questions tended to be quite difficult however.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ghSMART
Interview
I went through the SmartAssessment. ghSMART's core IP. This is a five hour interview where you begin discussing your early childhood life, go into your education and then end with a very deep dive in your career. They ask about each position you've had and the highs and lows of each.

Question 1
What would your current manager say is one of your development areas?
The interview process started with a screening with a recruiter, followed by a case study and then a four hour SmartAssessment. Expectations were well communicated and the experience overall was very good. The interview also felt like it gave you a taste for the actual job which was very helpful.
