You live through the ghSMART assessment process. Read "Who" by Geoff Smart and Randy Street to understand what you are getting yourself into. Basically you are asked for each job: 1) what were you hired to do; 2) what went well; 3) what did not go well; 4) talk about the teams you managed; 5) talk about your boss; 6) tell them what you heard during reviews and 7) discuss your transition.

The overall process followed the form described in the book "Who." The process consisted of several behavioral interviews, one case study, one ~5 hour deep dive, and reference checks. They do a nice job of preparing you for each step.
