Initial call with a Recruiter who really gave some great insight into the company and role, then another call with a Recruiter which was more in depth, phone interview with a Principal, then an in person Smart Assessment (right our of their book Who, the A Method for Hiring), then finally references and an offer.

Tell me about your last position, what went well, what didn't go well, who did you work with, what would they say were your strengths and weaknesses?
Several interviews with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Manager and Partner at the firm. One interview was (referred to as the ‘WHO’ interview) was very lengthy and reflects upon your school life, university and career moves.
