1-hour phone interview with recruiting staff, followed by 1-hour phone calls with a new Principal and then a new Partner, followed by a 4-hour in-person "Smart Assessment" by an experienced Partner. Read the firm's book, "Who", and you'll get a good idea of their process and the questions they'll ask.

Probably their most common line of questioning is to ask, for each role you've held in past, (1) what you were hired to do, (2) what you accomplished, (3) what were some low points / lessons learned, (4) who was your boss and what will they say about you when we call them.

The overall process followed the form described in the book "Who." The process consisted of several behavioral interviews, one case study, one ~5 hour deep dive, and reference checks. They do a nice job of preparing you for each step.
